Head Chef

Kevin Cooper (aka Coop) is a third generation cook whose experience began early in his teens working closely with his father. Starting as a dishwasher on weekends to leading a kitchen, his experience ranges from classic fine dining (San Souci of Cleverdale) and upscale resorts (Blue Water Manor of Bolton Landing) to authentic barbeque (The Barnsider of Lake George), bringing diverse and unique ideas wherever he goes. Coop enjoys every aspect of cooking from selecting the perfect cut of meat to its final presentation, always dedicated to creating an excellent dining experience. 

Coop currently lives in Fort Ann with his longtime girlfriend. When he's not in the kitchen, he enjoys riding his motorcycle, concerts at SPAC, and going to the movies.
